Our Founder
With a focus on the natural resources and energy sectors, Terra Firma Law’s founder Janet Howard leads complex corporate finance, M&A and private equity transactions for clients with global operations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and Africa.
In connection with her most recent work as partner and regional leader of the global energy and climate group of a large Bay Street law firm, Janet co-founded the hydrogen energy advisory team and supported the work of Hydrogen Ontario as a board member and Vice Chair,
